做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
