做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
