做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
