做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
