做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
