做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
