做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
