做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
