做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
