做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
