做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
