做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
