做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
