做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
