做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
