做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
