做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
