做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
