做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
