做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
