做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
