做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
