做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
