做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
