做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
