做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
