做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
