做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
