做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
