做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
