做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
