做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
