做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
