做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
