做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
