做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
