做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
