做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
