做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
