做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
