做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
