做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
