做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
