做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
