做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
