做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
