做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
