做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
