做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
