做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
